I’m generally not a fan of stickers on cars, but something happened.
I figured that given I needed numbers on the car and the BoxBoxBoxCo logo (obvs!) I may as well add a stripe too.
I’ll save the full Lightning McQueen livery for another day, for now the car is clean(!) for once and now has a go faster stripe on the bonnet with some complimentary roundels for the race numbers this weekend.
Also pleased to see my 3D printed timing strut works a treat. All cars need a matt black solid piece of material attached to the car for consistent timing at the event. I elected to design and print one specifically for the car, attaching it to the number plate holder – looks good, survived a kick, so should be good for race day too.
